Not All Lawn Care is Created Equal
When comparing lawn care companies, it’s important to know that the products and methods used vary widely. This means the results can differ even if the pricing seems similar. For example, some companies only spray short-term weed control or apply weed treatments in the spring. At Professional Maintenance & Landscaping, we go further by applying two granular, long-term weed control treatments—one in the spring and one in the fall—to ensure year-round protection.

Bronze
Our bronze package includes an industry standard 6 applications spread between 4 and 6 weeks apart all season. This care package focuses on maintaining a healthy baseline for your lawn.
Silver
Our Silver package starts with the industry standard 6 applications but adds a preventive grub control application to be applied in early summer.
In 2024 we noticed severe damage due to abnormal humidity, temperature, and rainfall creating ideal living contains for lawn grubs and other pests. We are adding this treatment to the silver package as a preventative measure to protect our customers.
Gold
Our gold package is the premium care your lawn needs to thrive. The gold package includes our standard 6, grub control, and a PGR Application. Plant growth regulation (PGR) is a treatment that focuses growth from grass blade development to root development. this leads to slower growing grass with a thicker heavier density.
