Why Fertilize Your Lawn?

A healthy lawn doesn’t happen by accident—it needs proper nutrients to thrive. Fertilizing your lawn strengthens grass roots, promotes lush growth, and keeps weeds and pests at bay. Without it, lawns can become thin, dull, and prone to disease.

    Lawn Restoration

Our comprehensive lawn restoration process revitalizes your yard by improving soil health and encouraging new growth. We aerate the lawn to loosen the soil, over-seed to promote thick, healthy grass, then apply a pH adjustment ensuring your soil is balanced for optimal growth, while a nutrient-rich compost application enhances soil structure. Finally, we apply a starter fertilizer to give your new grass the nutrients it needs to thrive.

  • PGR (Plant Growth Regulator)

Standard with our gold package (link HERE); a PGR redirects plant growth from grass blade growth and development into the roots structure. This makes grass grow slower to reduce mowing. As an added benefit, the roots develop a stronger and more robust foundation to assist in water and nutrient uptake.

  • pH Adjustments

Potential Hydrogen (pH) is a number that refers to how easily ions of different scientific elements can pair with each other. Having your lawn’s pH in proper balance is crucial—if it’s too high or too low, fertilizer cannot be fully absorbed by the grass. This means your hard-earned money could be wasted on an ineffective fertilizer program. That’s why every package we offer includes a soil test as a priority, ensuring you get the most out of your investment and achieve the healthiest lawn possible

  • Lawn rolling

Lawn rolling is a process where a heavy roller is used to smooth out uneven areas in your lawn caused by frost heave, mole activity, or general soil shifting. Homeowners often request this service to fix tire ruts or bumpiness caused by push mowing a lawn in wet conditions.

    Important Note:
Lawn rolling increases soil compaction, which can hinder grass growth over time, so we recommend pairing lawn rolling with lawn aeration.

  • Aerating

Lawn aeration is used to reduce compaction, improve airflow, and allow water and nutrients to reach the roots more effectively.

We offer two methods of aeration: core plug aeration and hydraulic aeration. Core plug aerators remove small plugs of soil, leaving visible holes that promote better root growth. However, we recommend hydraulic aeration, which uses high-pressure water to create tiny, uniform fractures in the soil. This method is gentler on your lawn, leaves no plugs behind, and provides deeper, more consistent aeration for healthier grass.

  • Over-seeding

Over-seeding rejuvenates your lawn by planting new grass seed to fill in thin or bare areas, improve density, and enhance its overall appearance. For a more effective application, we use our hydraulic aerator to create fractioned cracks in the turf, allowing the seed to drop directly into the soil. This method ensures better seed-to-soil contact, promoting quicker germination and stronger growth.
