2. Introducing Tiered Service Packages
To better cater to your landscaping and fertilization needs, we now offer Bronze, Silver, and Gold packages: if you would like to see the full offerings you view them here: pmlfw.com/packages
We now also are offering monthly payments to even cashflow for your home budget or business. Instead of having several invoices for multiple services all for different amounts, we can average payments out over 9 or 12 months and make a final adjustment at the end of your contract terms for any additional services requested.
3. Gold Fertilizing Package
Our Gold Fertilizing Package now includes additional treatments, featuring a Plant Growth Regulator (PGR). PGRs are known to reduce mowing frequency by up to half, saving you time and money during the growing season.
Special Offer: All Fertilizer Packages include one free fertilizer application with annual prepayment. Additionally, as a token of our appreciation, Gold Package prepayment customers receive an additional 5% discount on any supplemental lawn services.
4. Gold Landscape Maintenance Package
The Gold Landscape Maintenance Package now offers optional monthly visits, providing more frequent and higher levels of care to keep your landscape pristine throughout the year.
5. Commitment to Quality and Expertise
This winter, we've invested significantly in training and workmanship standards. Our team members have dedicated 40 hours each week to pursue licenses and certifications, ensuring we deliver the highest quality service. They remain on call for emergency snow removal services, reflecting our dedication to your safety and convenience.
6. Specialized divisions for Enhanced Efficiency
To improve service quality and competency, we've organized our crews into dedicated divisions with specialized equipment. This structure allows us to perform tasks more efficiently and with greater expertise.
8. New Services
Grading Division: Drainage, Excavation, Rough grade, Land clearing and Pond work
Installs Division: Hardscape and Outdoor Kitchens, Landscape Lighting and Artificial Turf
Maintenance Division: Monthly Maintenance, Seasonal Interest Program (annuals and entryway design), Christmas Lights
